Directions

Take your Ground Meat blend and add into a medium sized bowl.

Add your seasonings followed by your Jalapeño, Pepper Jack Cheese, and Bacon.

Mix everything with your hands until well incorporated, once everything is mixed well go ahead and form your meat blend into 6oz patties.

Now we have our patties made let’s put them aside and make our Burger sauce.

Take a medium sized bowl and add your Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Worcestershire, Spanish Onion, Pickle, Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and salt mix well until everything is folded together store in the fridge until ready for use.

Let’s cook finally, get a medium sized sauté pan and get it on medium high heat, add a little bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and once that starts to smoke a bit, go ahead and add your burgers (2 at a time unless you use a larger pan) .

Cook for 2 mins each side then add a slice of pepper jack cheese, Cover the pan and cook for another minute.

This should give you the perfect medium rare after resting for about 3 minutes.
