About Chef Vittorio
My goal is to share my passion to the world. Cooking is such a beautiful thing in life, taking colors and flavors and combining them into something memorable is my art. Cooking has been a way to express myself and invite people into my world. I want people to understand cooking is not difficult as long as you always cook with love.
I was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens Florida and moved to the state of New Jersey in 2012. I started working in a kitchen when I was 15 and I Fell in love with the rush, it was like a drug to me. I've done large format catering (Formula 1 racing in Austin, Texas), private personal chef, recipe R&D, and Executive Chef for fine dining restaurant.
Cooking is diverse, it brings people together. You will see recipes from all over the world on this social platform. If anyone ever has any cooking questions never be afraid to reach out and ask for tips, it is my pleasure to help everyone in the kitchen. I hope everyone appreciates the recipes we post on here.
