2 Scallions
2 Thai Chili Peppers
1 Tbs White Truffle Oil
3 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
Pinch of Salt
1 pack Wonton Wrappers
Avocado oil Spray
Caviar
3 Tsp Kimchi Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rough dice your toro and add it into a small mixing bowl set aside.
- Dice one scallion, Thai Chili’s and add it into the bowl with the Toro.
- Add your White Truffle Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, and salt into the bowl. Stir and combined set aside in the refrigerator.
- Grab a small muffin baking tray and spray avocado oil, this will help our wontons not stick and develop a crispy shell during baking.
- Place your wontons in the muffin holes and make a small slit on the bottom of them, this will make sure we maintain a flat surface during the cooking process.
- Spray again with avocado oil and add into your oven set at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Once done baking remove from oven and let cool, you can throw some salt on them for more flavor, this is a preference.
- Time to plate, Grab a dish of your choice and place your wontons down, fill the bottom with a little Wasabi Ponzu Aioli ( you can find this recipe under the Shrimp Toast button in our appetizer section )
- Next add your tuna mixture, don’t be cheap fill it up! Garnish with beautiful Caviar, sliced scallion and Thai Chili. Finish with your kimchi powder, serve and enjoy.
