Three Cloves Garlic

2 pcs Star Anise

1/2 Tbs Clove

 1tbs Black Peppercorn

1/2 Cup Vinegar

1/2 Cup Water

1 Tbs Salt

3/4 Cup Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

* Take your Red Onion and peel the outer layer off, now cut it in half and julienne it nice and thin.

* Take your Jalapeño and slice it thin, you can keep this with your Red Onion as they will be pickled together.

* get a small pot on medium heat and add all your spices, give this a toast for about 45 seconds or until they become fragrant.

* Once you can smell the beautiful aroma of your spices, add your vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Give a mix until sugar & salt dissolve.

* Bring this up to a boil and remove from the heat.

* add your onions and jalepeno to a jar followed by 3 cloves of garlic. Pour in your liquid, close your jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before consuming.

* THE LONGER THEY PICKLE THE BETTER THEY ARE ;) ENJOY
