Vodka Chicken Parm

Three cheesy chicken parmesan pieces garnished with basil on a wooden board.

Ingredients

12oz Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Vodka Sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 pcs of Burrata

3 whole eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 cups canola oil

bundle of Basil


INSTRUCTIONS

* Take your chicken breast and butterfly it.

* Next cover the chicken in plastic wrap and beat until think with a meat tenderizer.

* once thin place the chicken to the side and set up 3 large plates.

* In the first plate add your flour followed by your eggs, don’t forget to beat them. The last plate go ahead and add our breadcrumbs.

* Take your chicken and completely coat it in the flour followed by dipping it into the egg wash and ending by completely covering the chicken in bread crumbs. Set Aside.

* get a large sauté pan and add your canola oil. Bring to 350 degrees and fry your chicken until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on a baking tray.

* Now take your vodka sauce and evenly distribute On top of your chicken trying to completely cover it. Take 3 leaves of basil tear them up and place all over the chicken. 

* Next take your Parmesan and shave it all on the top of the chicken. Don’t be cheap let it rain. Once you’ve added your Parmesan go ahead and rip apart the burrata and distribute it all over your chicken. 

* Set the oven to 400 and cook for about 10 minutes or until your Burrata achieves a beautiful char.

* Remove from oven, Plate, Garnish with Basil, and serve.
